Sarah believes in the importance of developing a strong therapeutic relationship with her patients and meeting each of their individual needs in a unique way. She understands that therapy can be intimidating and nerve-wracking, so she strives to make each session feel comfortable and safe. Her goal is to inspire patients to believe in themselves. Patients can expect Sarah to be supportive and nurturing, while being direct and honest when necessary. Sarah helps her patients build their strength, self-esteem, and coping skills so they can confidently tackle challenges in their day-to-day lives. Since beginning working with patients in 2020, Sarah has incorporated cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and emotional freedom therapy into her practice. When she’s not at work, Sarah can be found traveling, attending concerts, reading, and doing hot yoga. She loves cats and is a proud redhead. She’s fluent in English and Spanish. Sarah enjoys working with SohoMD because it’s given her flexibility, support, and growth opportunities.
