About

I am a licensed mental health counselor with five years of experience working in the outpatient therapy environment. Prior to working outpatient, I was a counselor at a residential eating disorder facility for four years, working with both the adult and adolescent populations. I specialize in adolescents and young/emerging adults, eating disorders, and substance abuse.

I take a very straightforward approach with my clients. I appreciate honesty more than anything, and strive to give my clients that same respect.
