Aloha, my name is Sarah Bessette, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from Humboldt State University in Arcata, California. I enjoy supporting people in their personal growth and helping people find abundance in their lives. I offer a space of non-judgement and compassion, while supporting individuals in achieving their goals. I believe in honoring culture and diversity, and feel each individual has a unique experience that contributes to their own personal growth. Often in life there are unique challenges that arise, and reaching out for support can be helpful to navigate those times.

I have worked with a diverse range of individuals and families throughout my career. I have provided parent training and in home support to young children and teens with behavioral concerns, I have experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities, with both children and adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, strengths-based and solutions-focused, and client-centered approaches. I have experience around child abuse, trauma, family violence, autism spectrum, intellectual disabilities, down syndrome, anxiety, and stress management.
