I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have 11 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout my career. I started in outpatient counseling at Juvenile Detentions Centers and Shelters. I have assessed and completed evaluations for the Juvenile Probation System. I have been a supervisor and provided counseling in outpatient programs and schools based programs. I have ongoing knowledge regarding diagnoses including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and ODD. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I utilizes a client centered approach ,CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), meditation, and Motivational Interviewing. I also have a certified therapy dog and have utilized animal assisted therapy.
