I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Utah with a wide array of experience in trauma related issues, depression and self harm, addiction and drug abuse, anxiety, domestic violence and sexual assault, family issues, and teen and youth mental health issues. I have worked children, teenagers, and adults and use a variety of techniques depending on what is the best fit for your particular needs. Some of my favorite techniques include Motivational Interviewing and Solutions-Focused modalities.

My goal as a therapist is to assist you in your journey to resolve internal conflicts and ambivalences, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and identify and build the skills and strategies to overcome both the everyday struggles and deeper life challenges that we face as individuals, couples, and families.
