Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me!

I am a licensed professional counselor, in the state of Colorado, with over 10 years experience working with teens and adults. My counseling skills have been developed in a variety of settings: schools, churches, and private practice. It has been an honor and a joy to walk alongside so many unique clients and support individuals and families over the years. Some of the areas that I have come to specialize in include depression, anxiety, self-worth and identity, and life transitions.

I recognize that meeting with a counselor can feel awkward or intimidating, especially when considering concerns you may need to share. My goal as a counselor is to offer a safe space for individuals to be heard, understood, and supported. While there are many different styles of counseling, my goal is to listen to your specific needs and work together to utilize various interventions that are best suited for you.
