I work one-on-one with adults who are trying to sort through the dissatisfaction, or psychological dis-ease, in their lives. Our therapeutic collaboration can be powerful and productive in addressing mood/motivation, core identity issues, life purpose/direction, chronic relationship challenges/discord, and addictions/self-defeating behavior.
A core specialty of mine is working with individuals undergoing devastating or disruptive life transitions such as loss, divorce, relocation, or career change. Detaching from the way things were (while preserving a vital connection to the past) and adjusting to new expectations/realities can foster new belonging, hope, and meaning.
