I specialize in treating first responders, post-traumatic stress disorder, stress, anger, anxiety, panic, depression, and relationship concerns (couples counseling is available). Adult men and women are welcome to inquire or start therapy right away. I use a variety of techniques from CBT, DBT, Buddhist Psychology, AIP/EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and even Transactional Analysis.
