Taking the step to reach out and get help when you are struggling can be a difficult thing to do. It takes courage and the willingness to be open and honest, not only with a therapist but with yourself. Talking to someone can be scary, but I want this to be a different experience for you. My approach as a therapist is to meet you where you are at in life and together create a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you are dealing with challenging relationships or life events, having a hard time adapting to new circumstances, working through familial conflict, feeling anxious or depressed, or needing someone to walk alongside you as you work on your personal goals, I believe that together we can discover a path forward. I have over 6 years of clinical experience working primarily with teenagers and young adults, but I consider it a privilege to work with clients of all ages. I am skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing and utilize a trauma-informed, strength-based approach to care. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I will work with you to find the right approach that serves your needs. Together we will discover your strengths and develop skill sets that you can utilize to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
