I am an independently licensed social worker in the state of Ohio. I have over two years of experience working with individuals in need of mental health assistance as well as community resource linkage. I am well versed in managing clients experiencing crisis, as well as clients that require ongoing care.

When choosing a therapeutic approach, I tend to lean more toward Solution-Focused and Strength-Based therapies. I find great fulfillment in helping clients figure out where their strengths lie, and using those to help them progress toward therapeutic goals. My approach is definitely more positive as opposed to "Here it's what's wrong with you, it needs to be fixed".
