Hi there! My name is Sara and I am an LMHC who graduated from FIU with a degree in professional counseling psychology. My focus is mostly in pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting struggles. As a mom of 2 littles, I recognize the struggle of parenthood, and the solitude in which many parents find themselves. I ventured into the maternal mental health realm in the hopes of supporting other mothers. I am trained as a birth and postpartum doula, and I take continuing education related to early childhood development, parenting, perinatal mental health, and postpartum mental health. There is a sense of putting the needs of children and family before yourself and losing your identity in the process. I aim to help parents balance their identities and needs with the needs of their families.
