Deciding that you need help and finding options to help yourself takes courage. This is the first step to start healing and becoming a better version of yourself. I would like the opportunity to work together and help you in this process. Life is a journey with ups and downs and when the disappointments become unbearable, it is normal to reach out for help.

My approach is warm and focuses on working together to re-discover your strengths and to develop tools that will work for you. My clients are free to talk about what they feel comfortable to share, I provide a confidential, nonjudgmental, and supportive space for them.

I obtained my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University in 2008 and a Masters in Social Work from the same University in 2011. Subsequently, I earned my clinical license in 2013 after three thousand hours of clinical practice. I would like the opportunity to make a difference in other people's lives.
