The individuals I help support ask questions about their life: How do I want to live my best life? How will I be able to move past the pain and hurt I am feeling? What are the next steps in order to get past this void I feel? How can I do better in my relationship? How can I live out my gender and sexuality most authentically? I work with all people who want a more enriching and fulfilling life for themselves. Some have reached a place in their life journey where they have experiences that are so overwhelming they need someone there to listen and help support them.

I provide a safe and comfortable space for individuals to open up, explore, process, problem-solve, and heal. My work is trauma-informed, strength-based, and helps guide others to a place where they can optimize their inner strengths in order to move forward. I want to provide a spark within others for them to become enriched and whole once again.
