I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Colorado with over 6 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, sexuality, and anger management. I have also helped many people who have experienced sexual trauma, physical trauma and emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. It is important for me to understand my clients as holistic people. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, psychodynamic and solutions-focused counseling. I will tailor our sessions and objectives to your unique and specific needs.
