Hi there! I'm Sara. I’m the owner of HONEST Health Center. Is everything becoming… too much? In today's fast-paced and stressful world, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of ourselves. Frankly, we may even feel lost. We all face challenges and obstacles that can hinder our personal growth and prevent us from living our best lives. What happens when we need someone to talk to? Therapy offers a confidential space for self-expression, emotional exploration, and improved mental health. That’s where I come in. I am a licensed therapist trained to work with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and young adults but have experience with all ages and various disorders. In my practice, I support individuals through the complexities of trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and LGBTQIA+ identities while empowering them to navigate their paths with resilience. Therapy isn't "one-size-fits-all." I believe that therapy is a journey of personal growth, and it takes a collaborative approach to achieve it. I create a welcoming and safe environment where my clients can share their experiences and struggles without fear of judgment.
