About

I am a licensed clinical social worker based in California with over 8 years of experience working as a mental health therapist. I graduated with my Bachelor's in Social Work from Valparaiso University in 2012 and then graduated with my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2013. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, parenting problems, autism, and ADHD.

My therapy style is warm and engaging. I believe in treating everyone with respect, curiosity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused therapy. I also have experience with play therapy and Sandtray therapy. Additionally, I can incorporate faith and spirituality into our sessions if this is a part of your life and belief system. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
