I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York with about 10 years of experience working as a therapist and care manager. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, grief and loss, career challenges, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, attachment issues, and others.

My therapy style is warm, genuine and empowering. I am eager to learn all I can about my clients. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I avoid stigmatizing labels. I believe you are the expert on your own life and I am a guide to help you reach your goals.

I use various approaches to therapy including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and crisis intervention. I tailor my treatment plans to meet the specific needs of my clients.
