My name is Sara Foederer and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated with honors from Webster University in 2009 with my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have been a therapist for over 10 years. I have extensive experience with crisis stabilization, Baker Acts, family therapy and individual therapy. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy and motivational interviewing. I am a registered nurse as well and have been the clinical educator for all mental health and psychiatric areas at Halifax Health in Daytona Beach. My areas of focus are depression, anxiety, life struggles and trauma/grief. I am so excited to help start the process to help my clients lead their happiest and healthiest lives.
