You are not broken. There is hope. I accept you just as you are and will join you on your journey. As a Colorado native, I view therapy as a hiking trip. I cannot drag you up the mountain, but I can walk with you, guide you, bring snacks, show you the views, and rest with you. Our journey will have twists and turns, and we might even have to face scary things (like bears!), but we will do it together.
I am licensed in Colorado and Texas and specialize in addiction, co-occurring disorders, codependency, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also enjoy working with helpers and first responders.
