My practice is here to support adults struggling with disordered eating, body image issues, depression, anxiety, and complex trauma which has impacted their relationships with others, themselves, and the way they see the world. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client who crosses my path. Keeping in mind a holistic approach that integrates physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. Together we can uncover barriers which have been preventing you from living life to your fullest potential. You will learn to have an increase sense of self-compassion and the ability to live more authentically. Sometimes, my sense of humor may come out in session. Although, therapy can be challenging and involve some heavy topics I believe it is important to be able to laugh at times when appropriate. The power of laughter is amazing!
