My Personality: Bold, honest, empathetic, compassionate, articulate, and nerdy.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) living in the Milwaukee, WI area. I have been working with individuals of all ages since 2014 and adults with substance use and serious and persistent mental health issues since 2017. I’ve been working as a work trainer/educator since 2019. Most of the folks I work with have been dealing with issues for a long time and either starting to want to change or see that they need a change to happen to be where and who they want to be! Nothing is too big or too small to be handled together – trauma, abuse, toxic relationships, harmful coping skills, conflicts at work, self-doubt/growth, and personality disorders. My job is to help you explore where these issues are coming from, what has worked in the past, and what will help you become a new “whole” person in the future.

In therapy, I use an eclectic style of different approaches – motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), Brainspotting (a form of EMDR), behavior modification, solution and problem focused, psychoeducation, and more. I use what works best for you. We start where you are at and go into the uncomfortable when equipped with the tools to tackle the journey.
