Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My foundation in counseling is humanistic. I use a Person-Centered approach with a focus on the human body. I view my role as a facilitator to help my clients learn to recognize emotions, stress, and trauma in their body. We aim to acknowledge, validate, and find healthy/socially acceptable ways to release emotions. I primarily work in schools to help students succeed in the classroom. I will be available for clients before and after school hours. I look forward to meeting you!
