Santricoa “Rico” Nelson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. Rico has a strong foundation working with individuals and families who struggle with a wide range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, anger, addiction, and more. Rico’s educational background includes a MA in Social Work from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Rico has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Solution Focused Therapies. He is also certified in Post-Traumatic Stress in those who have served in our US Military and Behavioral Health Case Management. Rico strives to create a safe and encouraging atmosphere in which clients can be supported in their efforts to change and grow. He also seeks to assist clients in identifying or reconnecting to their unique strengths in order to realize their full potential and achieve their goals.
