Whether struggling with emotions or simply wanting a better life, I assist people to unconditionally love and accept themselves. My counseling focuses on assisting my client to learn what works/doesn't work for you them to create the life they want. Each of us are unique and are learning how to live this wonderful life we have been given.

I offer Cognitive-Behavioral counseling from a Spiritual Psychology perspective. This Soul-Centered view is filled with great love, joy, compassion, acceptance and peace. Not connected to any religion, this approach recognizes that we are Souls having a physical experience. We are here to learn and grow.

Most of our emotional suffering comes from judgments based in misunderstanding and illusion. We misinterpret, have false expectations, lack forgiveness for ourselves and others, and get caught seeking material things to fill up the hole we feel inside. Sessions focus on PRACTICAL SKILLS that work in your life.

I have a Doctor of Spiritual Science degree combined with a Masters of Education - Agency Counseling and have over 25 years of experience. Before becoming a counselor, I worked with businesses to develop and train teams to be more effective.
