My hope as a clinician is to help you live a fulfilled life. It takes courage to begin therapy, and commitment to make permanent changes. Through collaborative exploration I can help you identify your triggers, create more emotional self-awareness, and develop healthy coping skills. I specialize in working with adolescents, and young adults. I have ample experience treating anxiety and depression through CBT and DBT. I have also provided therapy to individuals affected by trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence, and LGBTQI issues. Throughout my years serving as a social worker and therapist I have worked with neurodiverse clients.
