I am licensed in North Carolina with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, & bipolar disorder. I also have experience in grief therapy, ranging from the death of a loved one to a major life changing event, like divorce or a child leaving to college. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I will help guide you through life and together we can make it happen. I view therapy as you are the sail, and I am the wind.
