Hello there, I am Sandy. I am so excited you decided to connect with Grow Therapy. Engaging in therapy is a wonderful sign you want to achieve the highest quality of life. It will be an honor to walk alongside you in your journey to be kinder to yourself and realize the amazing person you are in the world. I know engaging in therapy can be a very scary door to walk through and you have done it. Together, we can look at what is working and what is not working in your life. I would like for us to identify your strengths which I know you have and build on them. I always keep in mind this is your own unique therapy and what might work for one person may not for another. Also, any boundaries you set are respected and not crossed. You may be dealing with change of life issues, anxiety, depression, and being overwhelmed.
