Welcome. I know this is suppose to be my opportunity to talk about myself and what I have to offer you. This is never an easy task and I don't know what I should say or even how to say it so please have patience.
I have been a Social Worker for over 13 years. I have enjoyed working with people of all ages. I have experience in helping people who have Depression, Anxiety and other mental health disorders as well as just life problems/challenges. One thing I think is very important is that you are treated as an individual and not as a diagnosis. I strongly believe that each individual should have input into their treatment goals and overall treatment. My approach to help you is to work with you and not dictate what you should or should not do. I use whatever techniques or therapy modality that you and I think may help you.
If you want someone who will work with you to help you overcome the challenges you are facing, I hope you will give me a chance to show you what you are capable of achieving. Therapy isn't about me solving your challenges but rather about us working together to empower you so that you can face future challenges with confidence.
