I am a Licensed Psychologist and I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, adjustment difficulty, identity development, suicidal/self-harm behaviors, relationship issues, aging, chronic pain and loss.
My counseling style is interactive and insightful. I enjoy working with my clients in a respectful and compassionate manner while keeping things light and fun as we work toward the set goals. I work from a Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Existential Psychology framework, but I will tailor our sessions and treatment to your individual needs and goals.
