I am a LPC with over 25 years of providing counseling serves. My work has been primarily with adults who present with a wide range of emotional and mental concerns. These concerns include, but are not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, family related issues and self esteem issues. I maintain a warm and unjudgmental approach. I treat everyone with the dignity and respect that I would want for myself or my own loved ones. I am an active listener who leads with the idea that the session belongs to the person seeking serves. It is my endeavor to assist each person that I serve achieve the change that they seek. It is my belief that each person has it within him/herself to achieve their optimal level of wellness-mind, body and spirit.
