Hi! I'm Sana, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I provide a supportive and warm space to express your thoughts and feelings in an authentic manner. I have experience working with diverse populations in challenging maladaptive thoughts and beliefs. I am CBT-informed and Trauma-informed. My approach My approach is to be compassionate, non-judgmental, encouraging, and authentic. I provide an eclectic therapeutic experience that includes CBT, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoanalysis. In a session with me, you will find validation and complete acceptance where I individualize clinical interventions to meet you where you are at in your journey. My focus I work with clients to treat their depression and anxiety in order to develop self-love, gain insight and find balance in their lives. A client working with me is looking for independence and balance in their relationship with themselves and others. I encourage clients to prioritize finding their inner peace. I align myself with clients to find coping skills and thought patterns that will allow for grounding and growth.
