Hey there! I'm so happy you made it here. Life can feel very overwhelming and it's easy to neglect our internal world. Counseling is one of the best forms of selfcare and I'm excited to take this journey with you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Ohio. I have three years of experience helping individuals and families through some of life's most challenging situations. For the past several years, I have sat with anxious and depressed children, suicidal teenagers, individuals who feel hopeless, and people just trying to find their way. I want to sit with you as well and help you through stress and anxiety, depression, loss, or confusion and help you build motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

The thing I love most about therapy is getting to witness the resilience of the human spirit. I'm proud of you for taking this important first step and I look forward to seeing what you will achieve!
