Welcome!

The process of healing and self-improvement one is a fascinating journey. I am grateful you are on this journey and I hope I can help support you in your healing. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I have 12 years counseling experience in a range of settings, including schools, family resource centers, and homeless shelters.

I use three approaches that guide and inform my work: Person-centered/strengths-based, insight oriented, and relational. I hold you as the expert in your own life and work with your experiences to find individuated mechanisms for healing. I value the therapeutic relationship and use warmth, curiosity, and humor to aid this.

I have supported individuals in the past with anxiety, stress, transitions/adjustment, family/relationship issues and crises. I am also a member of the LGBTQ community.
