Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker in the State of Maine. I have worked with individuals seeking support while enduring depression, anxiety, grief and loss, LGBTQ+, relationship issues including intimate partner abuse, and attachment based trauma.

People have shared that my therapeutic approach is inviting, caring and nonjudgmental. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, sensitivity, and individuality. My trauma informed approach combines dialectic and cognitive-behavioral therapy along with humanistic, psychodynamic and narrative based therapies. As a Certified Yoga Teacher-200, I may incorporate therapeutic movement or meditation practices into our sessions if that feels suitable to your needs. Together we will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
