I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Georgia, Maine, Virginia and District of Columbia, with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and coping with life changes. I like to use both a client centered and strength based approaches when working with my clients. In addition, I enjoy helping clients adjust to new situations in life, including some of your most challenging life transitions. To help with these adjustments and transitions, I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational interviewing. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
