I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut and have over 13 years experience. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling and Development from Long Island University and have worked in various agencies focusing on a person-centered approach to helping others. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use issues, parental/relationship concerns as well as career challenges.

I believe in positive thinking and will encourage you every step of the way. I treat everyone with respect and compassion and do not believe in putting others down or labeling. I use various techniques including EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and solution based counseling. However, my goal is to work with you and tailor our treatment plan to your specific needs.
