My name is Samantha and I’m so excited you’re here! I approach counseling as very laid back as to not feel like an interrogation. I want you to be as relaxed as possible! I work with individuals, couples, and families to help improve coping skills, communication, and relationships. I strive to listen to every client concern and symptom and tailor a game plan that will help each person individually. I hold a space for your stories, your anxieties, your life, and everything in between. I have built my toolbox of coping skills and interventions, let me help you find what works so we can build yours!
