Welcome to the beginning of the new you! Society has made it really intimidating to ask for help and support, so I am grateful that you are here and making time for yourself. As a therapist, my goals are to help clients find relief from every day and big life stressors, including relationship struggles, as well as identify and change behaviors that are no longer serving them. I use an individualized approach with clients, making sure the skills/tools being taught in session fit the client rather than trying to make the client fit the skills/tools.

Therapy sessions are for you and will provide a safe and validating place for you to explore who you are and who you want to be. Together we will find a life that you value and identify a version of yourself that you can be proud of.

I am licensed in Arizona with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
