Thank you for your interest. I have been practicing within the mental health field for 7+ years now. I believe creating a contained and safe space to talk only about your needs is incredibly powerful and healing. We all strive to balance so much and it has become increasingly easy to put ourselves last. I welcome you. My style is down to earth, genuine and authentic. I don’t have any tricks up my sleeve. I believe that change and hope occur when people feel safe, comfortable and connected. I strive to become an ally on your journey and an aid when a few extra coping tools and skills can help you along your way.
You can expect open and humble feedback as well as kind, respectful and encouraging care. It is a core belief of mine that we are all trying our best with what we have. Although life reveals some patterns, every story is unique and I wrap treatment around each person and their specific needs.
I have served as a therapist in multiple settings, most recently with young adults focusing on trauma, depression, suicidality and anxiety.
