I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas. I have 8 years of experience working with both couples and individuals regarding issues such as communication, depression, and anxiety. I believe the problems we face in our relationships derive from unmet emotional needs. Some of the needs we have look like feeling heard, feeling understood, feeling loved, etc. If you have these needs and you are feeling that they are unmet, you have come to the right place.
I like to work with individuals and couples to better understand their emotions. So much of the time we miss what our feelings mean. I believe that those feelings come from unmet emotional needs and once we can better understand those emotional needs, we can better communicate within our relationships with others and ourselves.
