I am a licensed clinical social worker in Virginia. I have 4 years of experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, life changes, stress, self esteem, Autism, intellectual disability, parenting issues, and ADHD. I am passionate about helping others achieve their highest quality of life.

I strive to develop a relationship of trust with my clients so they feel accepted in who they are, while also feeling challenged to grow in ways that bring them closer to their goals. I believe in treating everyone with respect and making the therapy environment warm, welcoming, and comfortable. I use a strength based approach that combines cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapy. I will tailor our sessions specifically to you and your goals.
