About my worldview: Our worlds are chaotic, messy and sometimes cruel. As a result it is easy to unknowingly repeat that disorganization in our own lives. My goal to challenge these patterns of behaviors and relationships that may be keeping people feeling stuck. Many people ask "why do I keep attracting bad people?" or " why do bad things always happens to me?". I work with my clients to identify why these patterns emerged, what maintains them and how to be different .

About my clients: I have extensive experience s working with strong personalities who have difficulty communicating their emotions with others, often relying on their behaviors alone to do so. My clients are typically quirky college students and young adults who have ADHD, trauma, self injury, suicidality and mood disorders who struggle with identity formation and healing the past. My goal is to be different than other's in your world in order to give the space to explore how new relationships, thinking patterns and behaviors can promote change.

About me: I graduated from Northwestern University with a Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2014 and have extensive experience working in partial hospitalization programs, therapeutic schools and private practice. Approaches include DBT and CBT skills to enhance coping while utilizing relational, internal family systems and emotion focused therapies to reshape the past.

Therapy is courageous work because it is difficult. I respect that difficulty and will continue to challenge you throughout the process in a safe space where you can find your voice and yourself.
