Welcome! I completed my Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Maryland. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, medication -assisted treatment centers (MAT), inpatient substance abuse, child welfare, school social work, and private practice.

Through my work, I am committed to helping people overcome dependence on drugs and alcohol, manage symptoms of mood disorders, and safely address any trauma that may be impacting your functioning. I believe in developing rapport and trust with my clients and use a trauma informed approach to build our relationship. We're human and many of us have struggled with these concerns in our lives. I believe that change and working on a healthier you is BRAVE and requires support to manage the process. I'm a strong believer in starting where the client is, which often includes those that are ambivalent about change and want to have a better understanding of what change may look like. I utilize a variety of methods and therapies to help you reach your treatment goals because I believe that each person deserves a unique approach.
