Hello There! I'm Samantha. Nice to meet you (virtually). Are you feeling anxious & depressed as you struggle to juggle the demands of family, work, friends, and society that you feel drained, frustrated, and defeated? Or are you someone grieving the loss of a loved one or a change in your life? I empower high functioning individuals to overcome the burden of social expectations and maintain healthy boundaries. I also support and normalize the grieving process. Together, we will work towards self-discovery, emotion regulation, and a healthier lifestyle. We'll use some mindfulness and thought reframing skills to help you manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings. Whether you are dealing with grief&loss, relationship issues, overwhelm, or anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. I can be your sounding board and holding space to be vulnerable. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and non-judgment so you are free to express yourself. Let's work together!
