Hello,
I am a Mental health Counselor licensed in Florida. I am also a Certified Recovery Coach. I have over 9 years of experience in the field of counseling. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
I specialize in both substance and process (behavioral based) addictions, depression, trauma, anxiety, family conflicts, life changes, and relationship issues.
I use a unique approach to therapy in order to give my clients the individualized treatment they deserve. My therapy style is caring and loving but direct. My goal is to treat each client with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, while not defining them with stigmatizing labels. With a therapeutic method that embodies the mind, body, and spirit; I help guide my clients to a long lasting emotional wellness.
