Hello, my name is Samantha, and I am a licensed counselor in Alabama. I have 11 years of experience in mental health, and 7 years of experience in addiction therapy. I have overseen a co-occurring facility, as well as a 28 day substance abuse program.

My most utilized therapy methods include person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a little reality therapy. My desire is to help you identify the areas of your life that concern you, and assist you in reaching desired goals. I believe that with the right support, guidance, and effort, ANYTHING is possible. I will support you, but also challenge you to make needed changes. It will be tough at times, but will be worth it in the end!
