I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and have been working in the field for the last 10 years. I completed my undergraduate curriculum at Alvernia University where I double-majored in Counseling Psychology and Addictions Studies. I completed my Master’s Degree in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Nationally Certified Counselor. As stated, I am licensed by the Board of Social Workers, Marriage & Family Therapists and Professional Counselors in the state of Pennsylvania, and also pursuing my Psy. D. in Clinical Psychology,

I have experience working with those with substance user disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and the stress of navigating daily life. I have experience with individual therapy, group therapy and family sessions. My therapeutic style is very client-focused with strong roots in the cognitive-behavioral orientation. I believe a good therapist works in conjunction with clients to identify and achieve the goals that will allow them to lead their lives as the best version of themselves. My clinical strengths include inspiring and holding hope for my clients.
