I am licensed in California with 12 years of professional work experience both there and Massachusetts, where I grew up. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, LGBT-related issues, & relationship issues. Over the years, I've worked in a lot of very intense environments and with those dealing with some truly intense issues, so I promise I'm ready to do the heavy lifting alongside you.

Therapy is an awkward process at times, having to be so vulnerable with a stranger (especially in an Online environment), and I try my best to make it as easy as I can. While my style is casual, my process is definitely solution focused- in that my main goal is to help you find practical ways get through this world a little easier. I think therapy works best when it's collaborative and personalized and I work hard to find both a style and methods that work for you (though I do feel a bit of humor can't hurt).
