Whether you are struggling with phase of life challenges, relationship issues, health challenges, dealing with stress or anxiety, looking to heal from past trauma, or coping with grief and loss, I will help you to explore a resolution. Taking an individualized approach, I integrate therapeutic approaches to address the issues you seek support. Utilizing Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy along with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Prolonged Exposure techniques to help improve tolerance to distress and recover from trauma. Having a range of experiences with international and local social work, I am able to adjust my expertise to my client’s needs.
