I am licensed in Connecticut with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping children, adolescents, and adult clients with stress, anxiety, & depression. I have a background in Art Therapy, so I am open to incorporating it when clients would like to. I view myself as a client-centered therapist, so it is important for me to meet my clients where they are, based on their needs and wants. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
